ADIO is partnering with Modon Infrastructure to advance the PPP Value Creation Framework, embedding local content, economic ecosystem development and social value directly into PPP delivery models. Through this collaboration, Modon Infrastructure will support implementation of the framework across PPP projects in which it participates as an investor.
The framework expands the role of PPPs beyond infrastructure delivery by supporting local supply chains, workforce development, foreign and domestic investment attraction, and broader economic and social impact across Abu Dhabi.
